Had a great time shopping here, a friend and I bought over $100 worth of clothes. The store was a little hot but it was manageable.

Very clean and well kept! Staff were helpful and attentive. Honestly I am taken aback at how organized the store was. The prices were very good, even for a good will!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a goodwill lover and often visit this store. It's clean, big, organized, and the ladies working there (most of them, Latina abuelas and mothers) are just sweethearts. That's why I can not begin to comprehend the lack of better conditions for them. Today, there was no air conditioning at all. We're talking about Miami's inclement heat. And the store was not cool at all.
Shortly after complaining about it to what it seems to be a group of supervisors, the AC was turned on.
This is a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION, yet the conditions for those working there (older, Latina women) are not humane. I'd invite the upper management to spend 2 hours in such an environment.
Hope you can make things better and correct any inhumane conditions,

This place is heaven if you want to buy cheap designer clothes!! We found some shirts and sweaters from Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and even Yves Saint-Laurent for $8 each!!! Most of the clothing items were in good condition, and for $8 dollars or less, this is pretty much free. The staff was generally friendly, except for the woman behind the counter.

I am a regular customer and the treatment was excellent by a worker named Obdulio Garnier who told me his name was, my grandmother needed to change a part and he managed everything and I was pleased. People like that boy we need more in our stores, very nice and kind and human .sincerely for people like this one repeats the place. Congratulations Goodwill Little Havana for that kind young man dressed in black who with his joy brightens our day and motivates us to visit that excellent store a thousand times more.

On Saturday, June 8 of this year, my wife, who has a disability, was discriminated against and humiliated by both the manager and the employees by not allowing her to enter with her cart anymore when everyone who belongs to the store (very few for so many customers) did not. were available. The workers in the pure style of communist Cuba imposing absurd laws and regulations. I will forward this complaint as a citizen of this nation to the city commissioners. This happened at the Goodwill on Little Havana 8th Street.

Greedy enterprise and overpriced items for second, third hand use products.
Disgusting how they got so greedy through donations of those who want to help.
I refuse to donate or buy to this store

One of the cleanest and orderly Goodwills I have ever been in. Not one bunched up mess of clothes, disaster toy area, hodge podge of broken things on shelves. Everything had a place and was in it, wasn't for the fact I'm 2 hours away that would be my go to Goodwill

I love this store, for the good treatment of its workers, the products they carry in it, have very good quality.

Place was good. However, there’s a huge complaint regarding the lady in charge of telling people which changing room to go to. To check if there’s anyone in the changing rooms, she peaks through it because it’s ones of those doors that have planks that if you push it down you can see the other side. This made me feel so unsafe. She did that twice before she found an empty room for me. She can easily bend over a bit to see if she sees someones feet or she can also knock. They can also provide tags that they can hang outside the door or something. I put my shoes in the front of the door to make it obvious that I was in there because I was scared she was gonna peak through and see me without clothes. I was shocked and disgusted.

Divine location, furniture, structure but the quality of what the company brings to this town is very poor.
