I love the store, but hate the bathroom situation there is no bathroom for the outlet store. They make you go to the regular store which have one bathroom for both genders if you are a female you may see a male in the bathroom next to you. I always wonder if this is legal. This is the only outlet that doesn’t have a bathroom every outlet I been to have a decent bathroom

very bad service, no parking, the building has parking on east side but they close it and do not allow customers to park, front parking is limited, ticket maid is stalking and you will be ticketed or towed on the weekends, expect a LONNNNNGGGG line and only 1 or 2 cashiers. employees have very bad attitudes when you ask something and are always grouchy and give you a sour answer, not to mention their DONATED goods prices have gone up really high! I guess they have to fund their CEOs 7 figures salaries and one of them is even in jail for pocketing millions.

Items were way overpriced. I found a suitcase that was listed at $50 for a single bag when that bag brand new was less than $100 for the whole 5 piece set! Avoids Goodwill like the plague. ANY other thrift store is better than they are.
I will say that the staff was nice and the store was organized and clean.

Large, quite tidy but the parking lot is super small... so if you arrive early be prepared to walk around a lot until you get a spot

The Staff is RUDE, especially the 2 Ladies in the back. They treat customers like Garbage. When they bring out new bins from the back, it takes over 30 minutes for them to open that section again. Hot as hell. No AC, only a few fans, that are on LOW setting. MOSQUITOS are everywhere. I come out of there feeling like a pin Cushion! You can find some stuff if you are super fast, and super lucky, but you have to be careful, or the people next to you, may smack you in the face with an item. People go crazy when the new bins come out. And again, the back staff there is RUDE, and treat customers like Garbage.
