No offer of help getting donated items from my car to the trailer.

Listed to close at 6:30pm. I show up at 5:40pm and the employee sitting there says they close at 5:30pm due to daylight savings

Went out of my way and drove 20 minutes to get here. I arrived at 4:54 (6 minutes before their “close” time) and no one was there to accept donations.
Ridiculous.
