Overcharged for service on my 2018 Fusion, told me that it needed XX and the cost came above average. On top of that the code that the reader gave, was never given to me. I personally believe that the issue was cleared in the computer because 2 days later, the same problem popped up. I ended up taking the car to the Ford Dealership where they SHOWED me the code that the machine was give. I used to come here all the time until the lack of service and professionalism is just not there. It's really unfair to management that is trying to run the place but in the end, what matters is the result and transparency.

Worse break job done I've ever had. The first time they did it,I noticed really bad squeaking, (they did pads and rotors ). So, I went back the second time and they said, we will put better quality pads in(should've the 1st time) . So,2nd job done and a few months later,still squeaking with what I was told by someone else (40/45% brakes left ) . Should be way longer. Maybe they were good a long time ago,but man, don't go here unless you want the typical Miami hustling car service . Women- don't go here by yourself ,or Firestone

I do not recommend this place at all. It has become an establishment with a total lack of ethics and professionalism.
I made an online reservation for Sunday, January 5, 2025, which was confirmed several days in advance. However, on Saturday, January 4, they called me to say they couldn’t provide the service because they already had too many appointments. I don’t understand how their system allows you to book, generates a confirmation number, and then simply cancels the service arbitrarily.
Despite this bad experience, I decided to give them another chance and booked again a week in advance for Sunday, January 12, at 9:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. to be on time. When I went there, Mr “M” attended me and informed me that my car wouldn’t be serviced until around 11:00 a.m. because “they schedule the appointments, but they don’t guarantee the exact time.” This makes no sense, as I made the reservation well in advance, and the shop was practically empty when I arrived.
When I expressed my frustration about the situation, His attitude was completely inappropriate—he was even aggressive and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, he told me that if I didn’t like it, I could take my car elsewhere.
This place does not honor reservations, has poor management, and its staff does not treat customers professionally. I do not recommend it at all.

I came to this Goodyear needing my AC fixed and a new tire. Richard Manso was very nice and respectful. He spoke to me in detail about what was needed for my car and how I would be charged based on the service. He did not try to intimidate me or make me feel like I didn't know anything about cars because I am a woman. He also acknowledged my friend who was with me and made sure we were comfortable as we waited on the service to be completed. I will ask for Richard anytime I need to come back to this location. He is a very kind guy who knows his stuff!

I recently used their tire rotation services and found that while their sales team is very persuasive in selling their service packages, they consistently find reasons to delay or avoid doing the job when it comes time for the actual tire rotation. This has happened on multiple occasions, and as a result, I am very dissatisfied with their service. Their advertising is misleading and their service is full of restrictions. I advise others to be cautious and not fall for their deceptive advertising.

These guys here at Goodyear dadeland do strong work at a great price. They have worked on my 2005 Honda civic plenty of times.

What a great team of people at this Goodyear tire store! Richard and Mike were very courteous and helpful. We received excellent same-day service for a set of new tires and alignment for our granddaughter’s car. They completed the work while we waited and even recommended a great place for lunch. Thank you!
