Went in for a $20 tire rotation, left with a dent on my driver door that cost $140 to repair. Managers told me they couldn’t prove it happened there, so I had to eat it. I won’t be back.

Employees here are always willing to give a helping hand, Ray every time I have visited is able to assist. I’ve been coming here for years considering my tires love nails. Service is great, you are in and out! I always hope the car makes it there at least when I see a nail!

Very disappointed. You're told one thing when you're given an estimate and something different at the time of payment. Example, you're given and estimate on an oil change, estimate $85. end up paying $130. I know they don't tell you tax is not included, but we know that. Then they go about that you have to pay for the disposal of the old oil and old filter and bla...bla...bla. Why can't you just tell us the full price with tax and everything else that is included. Some of us have a budget and can't pay $130 for an oil change. Tell us the truth when asked for the price of any service, stop hiding those hidden fees. It makes you look like liers and a fraud. Also those good year assurance tires you claim 85,000 miles are a fraud. Bought 4 tires twice and both times the tires didn't make it to 50,000 miles. And this claim is coming from someone who took care of his tires. Have the car alignment, and tires rotation and balance every 5000 miles. BIG FRAUD!!! I will have the BBB and the estate attorney look into it. This can't be legal. I will call help me Howard from Chanel 7. Stay away from this store.

I have been coming to this Goodyear for the last 15 years. I have brought all of my family’s cars/trucks there for all this time. They are very respectful and have amazing customer service. Rey is awesome and is extremely helpful, a special kind of person. Sergio is on top of things and super knowledgeable. Juan Carlos is on the front counter handling customers on the phone and in person and is also very knowledgeable. All together they have a great team there. I really appreciate the service that they have given me over the years. They seem to really care.

Oh Lord! Took me over 6 hrs to get only the front break pads and rotors changed and a regular oil change maintenance. I guess you get what you pay for...

Arrived at Goodyear greeted me and promptly got my vehicle in and evaluated it and the team was awesome polite and honest I will be returning to this location with my other vehicles as well. I would recommend it.

I chose Goodyear for my last tire change because they had a new model of EV-ready tires in stock, and this facility was near my home. While I had a scheduled appointment, the manager did call me up immediately once a slot for installation was available. I promptly took advantage of this as I was free at the time.
The installation and alignment were performed roughly within the specified time frame. Unlike other facilities, I noticed that multiple short test drives were conducted after installation.
The facility itself has seen better days so there is not much to do while waiting inside. There are however several small shops in the vicinity.
I would definitely consider this facility again for any tire-related service needs.

Great Customer service with Sergio Ochoa and his staff . loved the attention and hospitality . From being till end. I would go to this location would recommend this estabilishment.
