This is one of the most honest mechanic shop i've been to in Miami. I worked with Alex over the phone to explain my car situation and he listened and gave me ideas of the issue could be. He said to bring it over and they'll run some tests. After calling a tow truck, my car started working again without changing anything. I still drove it over and asked them to take a look and see if they could figure out why it keeps running into issues. They tested multiple things and everything came back normal. Whereas other mechanics have charged me even for negative diagnostics this is the first shop who waived the fee since they could not figure out the problem. Acts like that build such valuable trust between customer and a shop and they guaranteed a customer moving forward for that simple act of honestly.

**The best auto shop in town!**
As a woman, this is the first time I’ve truly felt like I was getting fair and professional service. They did an amazing job on my car — it was in rough shape, and they really took the time to get it back up to par without breaking the bank. I’m beyond satisfied with their honesty, quality, and care. This is the only shop I trust and will continue to go to. Highly recommend! Ask for Alex HE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!

We had a blow out on the Palmetto, luckily Gramenzi was conveniently located just off interstate.
They did not initially have our tire size but miraculously found one with 30 minutes and had us under way . Very professional, would highly recommended, all staff were kind and pleasant.
