Our son attended PK3 and PK4 at Granada Day School, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The campus is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a fun playground and inviting classrooms. The teachers and staff are super caring and always kept us in the loop. They really got to know our son, ensuring he received personal attention and care. Our son learned a lot, both academically and socially, and truly enjoyed his time there.Plus, what sets Granada Day School apart is the emphasis on Jesus and Biblical values. We appreciated how the school integrated spiritual lessons into everyday activities, helping kids grow in character as well as knowledge. If you're looking for a school that combines education with spiritual nurturing in a warm and friendly environment, Granada Day School is a perfect choice!

Granada is an amazing place. I had my son there and he enjoyed every minute of it. It made us so happy to see him excited to go to daycare. All the teachers are so nice and caring. They really do care for the kids. In the time he was there he learned so much. Compared to other kids his age he was more advanced developmentally and I owe that to Granada. I couldn't be more grateful for his time there. It really makes a parent so happy to know your child is going to a place that cares for them so much. They are also great at communicating what is going on during the day. My first week, being a first time parent, they made sure to communicate extra with me. I will miss sending my son to Granada. We had to pull him out as I am now working from the office and are unable to pick him up in time. If not would have loved to keep him at Granada. Thank you so much to Ms. Maria, Ms. Maidiel, Ms. Juliet and Ms. Vania!!

In a class with 6 students, the teacher could not manage to correctly spell or say my sons name after being corrected multiple times (its not a difficult name to figure out). The staff was constantly rude and condescending to my wife on the phone and in writing via their app. We had to contact the headmaster multiple times for various issues. Our teacher would tell us one thing in the morning and then later after we brought the issue up to the headmaster and the teacher was presumably notified of our concern, say that there was a miscommunication regarding what she clearly told us earlier that day. These sorts of red flags should have been enough to pull our son from this daycare, but it gets so much worse. I would highly suggest taking your child elsewhere. My son came home with diaper rash all the time, but now that we hired a nanny has never had one again, making us wonder if they just let him sit in a poo filled diaper all day. We would be sent home with clothes and food containers that weren't ours making us question whether he was being fed his own food we sent or someone else's. I just don't understand in a class of 6 with two teachers how things could be so careless. Again, they couldn't even spell or say my child's name correctly. He would also come home with bumbs on his head and the teacher would say that it didn't exist. (Exact convo: "Hey do you see this red bump? How did he get this?" *points to red bump* Teacher: "I don't see anything! No there is nothing there!!") He got sick once a week every week for a couple of months even with their "stringent" covid protocol that I would venture to guess was non existent in the classroom. I think there was a mold problem that was not reported to the parents, because after my wife sent an email enumerating our pediatricians concerns about the conditions my son was in and his recurring respiratory illnesses, they changed his room within 2 hours of the email and began a gut renovation in his classroom.I do not trust this day care at all. My wife tried hard to make this work, but time and time again we saw that this place was just was not a safe, appropriate environment for a child and there was a serious attitude issues with the teachers and staff.

Both our daughter and son went to GDS... It was the best experience we could have possibly imagined. Our children were more than prepared for their entry into private prep elementary school, and those administrators and teachers so remarked and were impressed. The loving, praying Christian environment cannot compare to any other campus in Miami. We love Granada!!!

Parents bring your children here! You will never regret it. Thus school was my son's first school experience attending their free VPK half day program (and my first time as a stay at home Mom leaving my kid). So we both had a lot if fears, hopes, and expectations... The staff here has met all of them. I LOVE THIS SCHOOL! I would keep my kids here forever if we could. The quality if education and emphasis on fun and play as well as learning is perfect. My son has learned so much and has developed a great love for school and learning. What more could a parent want?! Even the admin and specials teacher that my son doesn't see (due to his half day schedule) know him, know me and my younger non school age children and stop to talk with all of us every day. My kids bring toys and special things to show them as they volunteer at parent drop off/pick up. And these staff members don't have my kid! They just truly embrace the family style of School here and I could not be more greatful that I found them.

I looked at so many schools for my 2 year old and ended up enrolling her in granada day school. I have been so impressed by the teachers love and kindness. They provide a nurturing environment and then use this to give them an excellent education. My 2 year old has been doing things in her class that my 4 year old does in another private school now! The art program is wonderful and taught by a very capable and exposes the kids to many different media/artists. I would highly recommend this school to any of my family/friends.
