Don’t waste your time going here. Their hours are not accurate. Even the other vendors around this location say the worker is ALWAYS late and never opens on time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service. Had a scheduled FedEx pickup at my residence. (This was a return from an online purchase.)
Driver showed up speaking very poor English, nbd (it is So Fla after all) but he couldn't get his label scanner to read the label. After cursing and throwing his scanner down he took his phone out and called someone. He then looked at me and said "no pickup" I asked why and what the issue was. He just handed me his cell phone so I asked the person on the other line what was up and she just very rudely replied, "Well what? We ain't picking up your package." Like zero explanation of what was going on. The name on the phone was Lauren which I'm assuming was not a manager like she said and maybe the drivers wife?
Definitely super weird experience. I would not trust this place with your business.

Yusbey (the owner) was super nice and helpful. I had to come back twice because I was missing important information to ship internationally with DHL - she was great and patient with me and all her other customers !

Do not go to this store! DO NOT trust the opening hours. It was not open when it said it would be. It was not open on Saturday and it was not open Tuesday morning.I waited for hours for this store to open and it didn’t. I went on a Saturday, the front of the store says they open at 10am. I was there until 11am waiting and no one arrived. I came back on Tuesday at 9:30am, and once again no one was there. I waited for 45 minutes and decided to leave. This is ridiculous. If a store has opening hours it should expect customers to be there. I went to DHL in Coral Gables to drop off my package, much better.

I love this place. This store is run by a mother and daughter team and they are always helpful, courteous and respectful. They offer a lot of services and even have last minute little gifts. I would definitely recommend this place.

this is the WORST place to ship from. They make mistakes on every single shipment. I've given them so many chances and they can't get one right. Walk around the corner to UPS, it is a much safer bet.
