We ordered some Italian tile from Happy Floors. The tile is beautiful and we have no problem with the tile except that it is 23.5 x 23.5" not 24 x 24". That makes a big difference when ordering.
Misinformation/ misadvertising almost ruined our project. Thankfully, our tile person was excellent and finished the job with 1 tile to spare. The tiles did not line up the way they should have in our design. That is disappointing when you buy expensive tiles and pay a lot for shipping.

Wow…. Bought a home with new Kursaal tile Raven color. Looked beautiful in bathroom However, it has slowly turned whiteish where the water contacts it. Spotty and unattractive now. Looks very dirty. Tried everything to clean it to no avail. Contacted the interior designer who said tile specs state it is designed to be able to go in showers and be in contact with water. From reading other reviews here of the tile with similar issues, it is likely defective. No glazing or finish/ color wears off over time in contact with water. Major issue not easily fixed. Distributor said I’d have to get a tile expert 5 hours away to come and use forensics to determine if defective. Way too costly and they were not optimistic Happy Floors would do anything about it even if deemed defective by expert. Very unhappy…. Very

Ordered samples of their flooring. Samples matched online photos and store display, nice white with light gray. paid HF 10,000 + and they sent greenish, yellow cream with gray (Dirty Looking). Flooring store put claim in asked rep. to come out and see the awful off color issue and rep. flat out denied claim, wouldn't come out to see it. HF didn't even offer % off! HF no response to many emails, no response to phone calls. Online chat was told they cannot guarantee color on their products! WTF! Now my interior design of white beach house is now ugly as FK greenish, yellow dirty cream! After spending $10k + I'm stuck with it. Like other one star reviews the color was not correct! They ignore emails / customers and are not a responsible company to be trusted to do the right thing! I'm sure my floor warrantee is as useless as their online photos, store displays which look nothing like what you get when you pay them thousands of dollars. Never had a company so much in the wrong not make it right with their customer!! Unethical! 100%

Terrible Company. Bought 1,400sq ft of large format porcelain tile, came in different batches which unbeknownst to us were different lots. Color was a different so we have unmatching floors. We were in the midst of construction. So did not have a choice.Tried contacting company, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible Customer Service. Got different lots of porcelain tile that were different colors. When retailer and myself contacted them, no solutions or options given. They ignored me when I emailed and called them. Terrible service, do not use unless you want to be ignored

Their Maui Mist Luxury Vinyl Plank online photos, samples they sent and store display was all a light bright white and gray plank. They installed a yellowish, green hue cream colored plank. They denied my flooring stores claim saying they don’t guarantee color matching! Photos are a side by side comparison of their sample planks next to what they installed.

I ordered a substantial amount of their tile and it arrived on a pallet with just about every box of tile broken. It arrived weeks late. It was short 40 sq ft and when I contacted the distributor, it took them several days to just get a response from Happy Floors. Then they were told they'd ship it. Then they were told they had none left from the same dye lot. Then after three days of no tracking info being sent to me, they were told that they had none of the tile left at all and wouldn't for another month. Didn't occur to me to check reviews beforehand. SO wish I had.

Happy Floors 24x24 Valencia Beige Reflected Porcelain tiles 02/21/2023We just purchase over 700 square feet of the above-specified tile. We selected Happy Floors among many competitive porcelain tiles because we wanted to install a premium quality tile based on the reputation Happy Floors had gained. The results fell well short of expectations.Today we visited our Condo to check on the work progress, which is almost complete, with high expectations on the quality of the product and workmanship. We were horrified on what we witnessed. The majority of the tiles had a terrible miss-match at the joints, which showed the tiles were NOT flat. They clearly had warpage and curves.Upon close examination there seemed to be a pattern, the majority of the tiles are warped (curved). This is clearly a manufacturing defect. The Curvature/Warpage was between 1/8 inch (3.20mm) to 3/16 (4.75mm) on one of the left over tiles, which aligns with the miss-match you see on the floor. This is unacceptable and exceeds ANSI standards for warpage, Where are the quality checks? My concern is that long term these tiles will not last due to the many protrusions due to the warpage of the tiles, and eventually all these tripping points will chip and make things worse. The contractor will try to smooth out some of the transition points by add extra grouting. My expectation is that this defect must be reported to the manufacturing facility of Happy Floors. In summary, I paid for a premium price for this product by selecting Happy Floors and ended up with a poor quality product. I now have to consider the replacement cost of the tiles, plus the labor to remove and replace the tiles, which is a tremendous cost burden. As you can imagine I am not so `Happy`. I await your response.I have contacted customer service, and all I get is we will pass the message on, but so far no action. Stay away from this product!
