This company is extremely unprofessional and seems focused on making you stay as long as possible to keep charging you. I used their boat storage service for the past six months, but trying to give them my notice to move out was a nightmare.
I first tried calling them on June 1 and June 2 to let them know I’d be taking my boat out at the end of the month, so I wouldn’t be charged again. They didn’t answer either call, so I texted them on June 2 as well. Still, no response. I finally reached them on the next business day and explained that I had tried to call and text to give my notice, but they hadn’t responded. I asked them to confirm June as my last month and to refund my payment, as I had already been automatically charged.
However, the staff told me that because I was one day late in notifying them, my notice wouldn’t count for June. I could take my boat, but they’d keep my payment. I explained that I would be traveling and needed to get my boat without paying for another month, but they refused.
When I returned from my trip, I found that they had tried to charge me for September, but since I was out of the country, my bank declined the payment. They sent me multiple emails about it, yet when I tried to cancel my storage, they purposely delayed responding.
On October 28, I called again and asked if, since they hadn’t been able to process my payment for September, I could just move out without further charges. The staff member said she’d need to check with the owner. I asked her to please let me know as soon as possible, but she insisted that I first had to pay for September, and then she would ask the owner. I pointed out how unreasonable this was, but she became rude and unprofessional, saying she wouldn’t ask the owner unless I paid and wouldn’t let me take my boat.
After a frustrating exchange, I agreed to pay, as long as she would asked the owner and let me know about moving out before November. She agreed that if the owner didn’t approve a refund, she’d at least mark November as my last month and stop charges moving forward.
Today, I checked my account and saw I’ve been charged for November, despite everything we discussed. They’re now ignoring my calls.
Before you decide to use their storage service, please read this and consider if this is the kind of company you want to deal with.

What a production! We were in a bind as we sold our warehouse and the Happy trailers provided us quick storage to facilitate our boat trailer on short notice. They have great working hours and order of operations. The guys in the yard are a trip and have a great connection working together as a team.Definitely recommend and location is key if you want to be in and out to the boat ramps directly east or even jumping on the highway heading out for the weekend.
