I was going to DYI a job at my house so I bought some tools, then my contractor friend said he would do it for me so I didn't need the tools anymore. Went to return them (all unused and clean) and they gave me the BIGGEST hassle, 3 employees started grilling me about why I'm returning the tools and arguing with eachother whether they should let me return them or not. EXCUSE ME??? LET ME?? They are unused and I bought them 6 hours prior!! Never again am I shopping here.
