My dad had.a great experience. He was well cared for in the ICU unit. Nurses were very kind and attentive.

The nurses and surgeons were fantastic The hospital was clean but the food sucked So Miami is the best. Work on that.

The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 5 was because of the noise outside my room. The very loud laughter, the talking, the yelling, etc. incredible! .. Not only is this inconsiderate to your patients ( in an emergency room of all places) but very unprofessional!
