Had a great experience getting a mortgage from this bank and in particular the mortgage officer Lorena Joya. The staff at the bank are cordial, professional and efficient, traits that are long gone in most traditional big banks. 100% recommended.

This has to be the worst mortgage lender on the planet. They do not answer their phone, they do not return phone calls, they do not respond to emails. They refund money from Escrow and then they increase your monthly payment stating your Escrow is short. RUN as fast as you can to stay away from this bank. They deserve 0 stars but that wasn't an option.
