No special treatment for gold 5 star members. I guess because it wasn't an airport location I should have expected that. gas tank was not full more like 3/4. I had good experience in Pheonix and have another rental for a week in Chicago at ORD I an expecting the usual top notch service.

I had a great experience with the agent that helped me in front! Check in was easy plenty of information provided, I did not have to wait, this is around 9 am on a Sunday. Everything was smooth.
