Had to leave my car at the dealership, I called hertz and got David, he was very helpful very calm and just good customer service, got me in a rental in no time, eased some of the stress I was having with car troubles. Thank you David. 😊 Happy customer!

Dealership Fiat would use this Hertz location a few years back. Apparently when vehicles were returned to location the process wasn’t processed properly resulting in over dues balance in resulting my name added to the no rent list. No one at the location offered any assistance on correcting this matter.

Carlos was extremely accommodating in helping us rent a car here where it was more convenient than having to go out to the airport; such a clean rental car office and very warm friendly service, I highly recommend if you need to rent a vehicle to do so at this location.

I reserved and paid for for a compact SUV and Hertz gave me Chevrolet Spark. This location does not honor Gold membership, so I spent 35 min checking out, most of that waiting in line, they tried to increase price so a few minutes was spent in discussion until they got back to quoted price, and a few minutes when staff was taking pictures of the car, approx. 12 pictures from all sides and angles. The car came with half full tank and maintenance issues. One tire was leaking 2-3psi per day therefore I needed re-inflate every few days. Spare tire was missing but fortunately I didn't need it.In summary: I had generally good experiences with Hertz in the past but this is a bad Hertz location with bad service.
