From 8 pm they are already kicking you out of the store...screaming as if they were at the airport working next to the airplane runway, very bad costumer service...should the mall fine them for closing the store after hours...there are policies to comply with and poorly selected employees...is this how you think you are going to be able to make your sales?

Bad experience I went to return some clothes and they treated me poorly, apart from the clothes being returned and the money never arrived I called and they told me to go to the store I went and they thought I was crazy that they couldn't do anything I told them to check the cameras and they did not have access to them, that is, I was left without clothes and without the money. They never made the refund. They took my clothes and stole my money. I was left without clothes and without the money.

I made an online purchase and went to return the merchandise and they treated me terribly, I was served by two young people who apparently did not feel like working, very bad service and they almost didn't accept my return, it's a shame that they don't choose well who they put to work with the public

This H&M has the WORST customer service. I was just trying to make an online return, but my phone didn’t have signal to sign in on the H&M app so that they can scan the order barcode, and I waited a full 25 minutes for a manager who never came to be able to sign in on to their handheld system and process the return. I have two small children who were fussy as I waited in vain. I now have to drive to the H&M at Dolphin Mall. Mind you, there was a line of at least 20 people behind me and one cashier. I would avoid this H&M at all costs! The employees here are lazy and simply don’t care. I’ve never seen such bad customer service.
