I frequent this store a lot and although the lines are usually long it’s a good experience. Yesterday I had the unfortunate pleasure to get checked out by the “customer service” manager Emily P and I am honestly not sure why she is managing customer service. She was by far the least friendliest employee there. Not only that, I had to return back to the store the same evening to get refunded almost $20 because she overcharged me for three items. On purpose? Who knows but i definitely let her know she was rude. The young lady Thais assisted me with the refund was pleasant and is usually just as pleasant every time I go there.

My first time in hobby Lobby the manager Erica went above and beyond to help me as a first time customer. I was trying to fix some broken jewelry she patiently help me pick out these little jewelry things to repair a necklace I mean, who does that?I usually go to Michael’s however my friends lives in Lobby Hobby she suggested I check it out. I did fortunately for me, I spent too much money luckily for me they were having a clearance sale on all the fun summer stuff that a girl can’t live without.
