They don’t answer the phone. Called couple of time a lady answers and says please hold, and afterwards good luck, they leave you on hold.

I was in the FlaglerII store today and was helped with one of Home Depot‘s associates Roger and Frank the assistant manager. They were awesome very attentive very kind and very helpful! It’s a pleasure shopping in this Home Depot.

Yesterday I went to Home Depot at this SW 8St. store and purchased $200. + Worth of lumber & paint supplies. I have a bad back so I needed Help to pull the lumber off the shelf. Raquel who is in customer service took care of the order and went beyond the Call of Duty recruiting a young man to help pull the Lumber. Then later same day went back and returned a couple of pieces leftover the new cashier could not find it in the system as I had left my receipt in the Car. So the new young cashier asked me if I could go to Raquel’s register & of course she found it& handled it. She’s awesome and has a can do attitude always willing to help. She is an asset to Home Depot!
Also, Brian in painting was in the back of the store by Lumber and he looked at me and he said can I help you find something, sir he initiated the contact that doesn’t happen at Home Depot often this young man is a valuable asset also As he practices customer service. Both are great employees!
