DO NOT ORDER SPECIAL ORDERS FROM THUS LOCATION.From my latest experience dealing with this store on an online order I have placed for a kitchen countertop,anything that had to do with my order went bad.From order felt between the chairs, not following up on the order,miscommunication, cancel and refund....they won't pickup the phone,and when they finally do,they put the phone on hold without even to let you speak,transferring phone call from one representative to another and the other person does the same thing and leaves you on hold,bottom line,can't reach out to them to have any information about your order.False promises.(Even Main Customer Service of the Home Depot trying to help me couldn't get them on the phone).Workers need to be fired immediately as it gives Home Depot such a bad name,such an unprofessional customer service...JUST BE AWARE.

Just had the worst experience using their "Free Delivery" service. Home depot contract's Ralph's Transfer Company to complete delivery and installation. We had a representative from Ralph's Transfer company, sign over an appliance to a person with disability while I was in the rear of the property. The representative refused any communications with me over text or phone, did not complete the installation and left the property all within the span of 8 minutes before I could even realize they were on the property and do a face to face. All recorded on video. Check the reviews of Ralph's Transfer in West Palm Beach. Home depot continues to contract them for their services after repeated abysmal customer service and performance. Be wary before you decide to pursue free installation and delivery through Home Depot.

The worst purchasing experience that can exist in the United States, a shame, the Customer Service here in this store we made an online purchase of a patio door and it was never shipped every day they sent me a message that it would be sent the next day And so I waited for 4 days and it never arrived. Then I called by phone, the worst came. 55 minutes of waiting for them to tell me that they didn't have the door because it was definitely damaging the online experience in the store and on the phone. It's the worst experience.Their manager Hugo Inefficient and unkind all the girls Gemma and the rest super rude and rudeDon't waste your time here!The worst thing is that they cancel your easy exit order after having your money in their account for 4 days and people get it back after 5 days, a joke, a legal scam you could say.RegrettableAndres Vidal

I came in for a part which, according to the website, was available with 70 items in stock. The item was not on the shelf. I asked for help from two associates. The first barely slowed down to talk to me, the second shrugged and referred me to the customer service desk.I'll go to Ace next time.
