I was looking for Bed Risers (I recommend very happy how it lifted my bed) suppose to be in store/in stock I ran into a Latin female employee that was talking to another one she said Isle 16 could not find it I walk back to her she said then we don't have it never seen them the one talking to her said I'll show you started asking me about Air C. had no idea what I was talking about I even had a screen shot I was showing her so I said I'll go look for a male employee Iam sure they'll know. The first one I ran into was MIKE he went to isle 16 said they are suppose to be in this spot he look up to some close boxes and said let me get a ladder took box down and gave me a set. MIKE is very nice polite knowledgeable helpful and goes out of his way to help I give him 5 Stars. This Home Depot is my favorite 2999 SW 32 AVE.

Just had the most horrific experience with Kitchen Design at the Coconut Grove Home Depot. After sharing all possible information about my project, including photos and measurements, I was given a quote and paid for it. Just to find out after my countertop was removed, that they could not deliver on their promise, and I had to find an equivalent stone. Now they want to increase my price by 60% (an additional 60% for an exact same look stone), and I am a hostage of this project. At the moment I have a broken countertop in my kitchen, have been without water for 2 weeks and nobody can offer a reasonable solution. Worst experience of my life.

The experience was good, the place is tidy and the people who work are very cooperative.

Workers don't know anything, & I know because I worked here 😂 never come here for hardware needs, it's only people who organize the blackhole of shelves, unlock stuff and maybe make keys if they aren't feeling lazy that moment. Expect to be passed around by people if you ask them a not so simple question regarding ur products/ what you need, just ask Reddit. Come here for household necessities regarding electrical, plumbing & overpriced installments, everything else though, go to any real sized, non-halfed inventory Home Depot. Fact: If you've been ignored in the aisles way too long, just grab one of the wired phones on our desks & dial 676 & yell at us over the PA, you won't be ignored this time :)

No drywall, no lumber, no exterior things, no plants, This is a convenience store not a Home Depot.

They don't have everything in stock, they take a while to respond and they don't give any help.

Went in to get a paint match in the afternoon, was waiting by the paint section for 15 minutes with workers just walking by me. After I go ask someone where are the paint workers they smile and laugh and say they don’t come in until 5:30PM. What a joke

I visited this location yesterday, I asked a worker there where I could find an item I was looking for.
And she was so rude and said “ don’t ask me just look around “ in a very rude manner
She was working yesterday 06/26/2024 at the lighting department around 8:00 pm.
For people like this I rather go to Lowe’s
People are more respectful and more customer oriented.
