After asking for someone to help me with keys I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Olga, who is also a manager there asked me to use the self copy machine. It did not work for the key that I needed a copy of. I attempted to approach her again to tell her it didn't work and she continued to walk away talking to other employees and vendors while I tried to chase her. As a GC who continually needs certain materials on a day to day basis I will taking my business to Ace Hardware even if the prices are a little higher. Would not recommend this location as it's impossible to get any help from anyone .

This is what this store have to offer, a cardboard with a the word 'broken'. This has been the case for weeks if not for a couple months now... This broken piece of equipment summarize everything for this store!!!They have lost the general sense of customer service... That ancient service of finding in other stores what they have out stock is gone at least for the new employees!Maybe it's because of the pandemia, but in general it has become an ordeal to communicate with them or simply find help!

Shut that place down ! Home Depot is doing a terrible job with their hiring process and employment filtering. Who is in charge of this zoo l. Worst customer service ever Good luck calling you'll stay on the phone for the door department for 2 hours plus And even longer when You ask for a manager. Taking my business elsewhere .

Went to the blinds section. Beatriz helped me out. She was the most pleasant and helpful person I have ever experienced in Home Depot. My interactions with her has solidified my return to HD again. Especially this location so I can just stop by and say hi. Thanks Beatriz for bringing cheer to these chaotic times. It's nice to be nice so pass it on. Joe Toast

You must first mentally prepare prior to coming while you're at it physically prepare as well. When walking in they should play "Welcome to the Jungle by Guns and Roses" so you know what's in store for you. Upon entering be prepared to dodge a horde of Mayan construction workers flailing iron pipes, 4x4's and other large building materials after getting passed them then get ready to work on your speed as you will have to run passed shopping carts hurled at you by Inés, Soledad and Esperanza who are loading up on cleaning supplies for the week. Upon arriving at your desired isle be ready to encounter your competitors (people that have been waiting prior to you to be helped) your best strategy is to befriend them and discourage them from waiting even longer than they have for help. I luckily only had two people waiting before me. One was there for 15mins the other an astonishing 22mins. I befriended them immediately and told them I will return with some help. Talked to one of their higher authorities (some guy sitting on a computer) he told me "Don't worry Ricardo will be right with you". I went back to my Isle to wait with my new found friends. Upon returning I told my new "friends" that Ricardo was on his break and will return in 30mins to see if they will leave one did he said he doesn't have time to wait. So it was just me and one more. After pacing around for 20mins I was the one that gave up. I hope (Rodolfo) finally met Ricardo that never showed up and got his assistance. Ricardo if you're reading this, you're a real f****** a*******

Asked an employee (old thin man, who walks around with a crutch) where could I find a product and he said “I have it in my house”, noticing my reaction, he said with a cynical attitude face “I’m joking”. Avoid this location as some of their male employees are clearly not trained to respect female customers.

I ordered a washing machine online from here. I am beyond disappointed. I was skeptical about ordering from Home Depot in the first place because it's always so unorganized but I decided to give it a try. They delivered my machine and left it at my house saying they could not install it at the moment. They promised to send a plumber within 24 hours to do it. 4 days later a plumber showed up unexpectedly at 8am and replaces a valve in a minute and then said he does not install machines. Home Depot then apologized and promised to be at my home to install within 24 hours and they have not called or sent email with appointment confirmation yet. I called them back and spent an hour on the call for two days only to get a response if we will come install in another 7 days. THE WORST service ever

I'm always so conflicted of Home Depot or Lowe's. Are usually go to Lowe's because at least when you walk toward one of their staff members and they see you they don't turn around and start walking away from you. I see that constantly at Home Depot. I mean I'm a good looking friendly outgoing guy, it's not like I have leprosy or something. I think it's just the lack of desire to want to help you. Hence why Home Depot is going to get a one star today.

Went into Store #277 Little Havana on Sunday 7/27 to buy paint. This is my first Yelp review ever, but I had to compliment the young man in the paint dept, Alejandro. He was knowledgeable and professional. Despite the amount of customers yelling and interrupting him (seems to be the norm at this store) in the middle of our conversation and transaction, he was courteous to all. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Alejandro.
