Sat. April 13,2024 I just bought a dishwasher at this store. Delivery was great. However, we did not use the installation kit needed. Was told to Return. My husband went to store customer service where the attendant was less than welcoming. She would acknowledge his presence and when he repeated that he needed help she actually yelled at him and was extremely rude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and is not welcoming. I wonder who is the customer here! The manager came out and tried to help with the return. Unfortunately we could not return the item and was told to sell it on eBay. So much for customer service. Very frustrating !!!!

My wife went Saturday because our kitchen sink pvc pipe broke. She had gone to other home depot and they kept giving her the wrong help. Oscar from plumbing was able to help and we were able to fix our leaking pvc pipe. Oscar saved the day. He was patient and knowledgeable, we don't have any leaking pipes anymore.

Very disorganized and very unpleasant and unprofessional staff, they all need to learn take a course in dealing with customers!!!

One of the worst Home Depots I've ever seen. If a Home Depot existed in a 3rd world country,.. this is it. The Vietnam of hardware stores. Been like this for a looong time. Don't blame COVID. Clean house!! Needs new management!!

Of all days, tonite went to this Home Depot in Bird Rd, and as my husband is looking for his veterans discount authorization Wanda the lady at the register tells him "this time I will let you get it without the authorization" but next time I wont give it to you if you dont have it handy when you get to the register. Tonight is national Vietnam Veterans Day, and I really go t upset to watch him looking around in a hurry, because Wanda was impatient for him to get out his wallet scan for 10% Home Depot gave him. I mentioned to her I would complain to manager because she should never treat a customer like she was treating us and least of all a veteran who fought a war for the U.S. I dont think I will be back to this Home Depot, dont want to see Wanda again.

Very shameful ;( One star is generous, Wish we could write the review giving ZERO stars! We have tried to stay loyal to Home Depot despite their FALSE PROMISES which each time cause FALSE EXPECTATIONS, DELAYS, FRUSTRATION. Home Depot takes orders they knowingly cannot fulfill as promised whether online or in store. We have been doing numerous projects at the house and have been procuring materials from Home Depot. However, it's been one delay after another costing us hundreds, if not, thousands in additional labor money. If you call customer service all they are trained to say is "I'm Sorry". Well 'I'm sorry" doesn't fix anything considering we can't turn around and say the same thing when the credit card bill is due and we still don't even have what we purchased. This is totally unacceptable and unethical practice from Home Depot. How are they even allowed to get away with this type of practice?

HD employees and especially managers need a serious round of training. It was like a comedy show trying to pick up my online order. From the cashier that was on some serious meds to the deer in the headlights manager, the process of collecting my purchase was more convoluted than a mission to Mars. I saw the red flags when I placed the order at the customer service counter (coincidentally with the same drug addled Cashier), but nervously went ahead with my order. I should have stopped right then and there and gone somewhere else. I don't know what is happening at that store (40 street and 114 ave) but I'm steering clear. You have been warned.

Great experience this week at Home Depot. I went looking for a hose for my propane tank and the length i needed was not in stock. Alex checked on his cellphone and located it online and kindly went with me to customer service, where Elisa helped me place the order. These two young people were very helpful and I am very grateful to them for making my trip a great experience. Home Depot is very lucky to have Alex and Elisa working at this location!

There is no one ever available to help you. Extremely over packed and feel like they are not taking COVID precautions seriously. Their customer service is minimal and very difficult to communicate with the staff that you do come across as they don't speak any English. The parking lot is difficult to drive/park in as there is people and carts everywhere. Do not like this location at all.

The worst store in the area. Customer service is nonexistent. After buying a bathroom vanity a couple of weeks ago, my mother was looking to buy matching stone to serve as a backsplash and it was an ordeal to get assistance to match the color to the sink. The staff kept naming a George that "was in a meeting" and of course the manager was not available either..!!!! maybe they went to "La Carreta" together???? Go to the West Kendall store or try Lowe's for better customer service.

Horrible service clara is a store clerk she is Racist she claimed my items were stolen. Manager helped but not enough. I will report to the better business Bureau.
