The prices are good especially the plants area. They have a good variety of flowers ? and ornaments. The plants are healthy and with reasonable prices.

We had a very uncomfortable experience with a customer service associate at this location, we tried to approach him with a question however he kept walking through avoiding any eye contact with zero courtesy, once he was able to hear us trying to introduce the conversation by saying “hello, how are you doing?” for the second time after initially ignoring us, he turned back and with an authoritarian attitude scolding us by saying “good afternoon” twice. It was really uncomfortable and after leaving the situation we encountered a customer who witnessed that moment and seems it was not the first time this very same store associate had treated him back with such rude manners.

I visited Home Depot earlier this afternoon in search of a splash guard. In the plumbing section near the faucet area, I noticed about five staff members sitting together. I asked one of them if they knew the aisle where I could find splash guards, and the response was vague, suggesting I "maybe check one of the aisles."
After checking all the aisles in the area and walking past these staff members about six times, I eventually gave up. Not once did any of them ask if I had found the part or even notice that I was lost and unable to find what I was looking for. The lack of assistance and attentiveness was disappointing.

Been here a few times most recently. Everyone has been pretty helpful. Just yesterday a young lady in paint went out of her way to make some alternative suggestions for a project I’m working on. That was awesome. My only complaint about all Home Depot’s is that the place is always so dusty! Otherwise it’s been a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot, thanks to Gladys! After another associate mistakenly took an item I was buying, Gladys quickly stepped in and said, "Follow me, I got you." She led me to a pallet full of the item I needed. It was a simple act, but her prompt and friendly service made a big difference. Thank you, Gladys, for saving the day and making my visit so pleasant!

Where do I begin!?! The manager David Greer was awesome and so were Bina and Adora!! I ordered a Jackery Generator for $2249 during the hurricane tax break season but the website charged me the sales tax. David issued me a Home Depot gift card for the $$$ of the taxes charged. Bina and Adora even called me later that day to let me know the 2nd box of my order was ready for pick up and asked if everything was okay. Top customer service and genuine interest in helping out the customer.
I had an issue completing the survey so I decided to post this review.

Recently all of the illegals; or maybe not….. have been removed from this stores parking lot and placed across the street. It has been truly a pleasure walking in to shop. I wasn’t pestered, gawked at, pressured or stared down at because I’m a female. Parking was easy because all the trucks were across the street. Some of those trucks are occupying 4 to. 5 spaces. Today I go to this store and the trucks are back leaving not many places to park and there are guys standing around looking for work. One guy in particular seems to be the one handing out cards so essentially he must be what I call the “Worker Pimp”. This needs to be stopped and needs to be reinforced. No loitering should be allowed. Come on Mr. Manager of the Kendall 127th and 88th street Home Depot; do your job. Make your customers happy and get with the program! I’m tired of walking into your store being accosted. Make these people stay across the street. Thanks for listening. I guess I’m going back to Lowe’s!
