It is a Sunday morning coming here to get some products for our project and needless to say disappointed. Once again in Home Depot you have two people for pro service and people are in line for hours trying to pay. Do they not understand that professionals are the ones that give them The bulk of their business and they are damaging our business by making us wait over an hour to pay just because they're too cheap to hire more people?

This Home Depot is crap, customer service suck employees give you attitude when you ask questions. Management should be under review for not paying attention to these incident with their employees.

It's ok but I really hate how the store is laid out. It's good for what you need I'll admit but it feels very cramped in some parts and probably recommend shopping at a different Home Depot.

Horrible Service. I need a carpet cut, priced, and sold to me. Requested with a cashier and customer service for assistance in the aisle and both times a call was placed in the speaker and after 30 minutes no one showed. I was told by a cashier to wait that it takes time. Ridiculous to have to wait over 30 minutes for assistance in dispatching a product I want to pay for.

I've had some issues with this store. By far the worst is when they charge my credit card before the delivery of goods. We purchased tiles on May 7th 2023. They claimed they would arrive by May 16th 2023. Here we are on the 21th of May and no tiles yet. They charged my card on the 7th. The tile are still not available and our project is on hold and so are our funds. Not cool. By the time I get a refund from them our project will be so behind schedule. Making us look bad to our customers. Should have gone with the competitor for a difference of $1.00 Per square foot. Lesson learned.

Pro cashier service 5 starts.Associate helping at shelving department 5 stars.But others departments out of help from associates.Outside parking lot very dirty.

So very pleased with the helpful service I received tonight at the Cutler Bay Home Depot when buying a portable generator and air conditioner in perparation for what will soon be Hurricane Ian. The guys helping me got on the ladder to verify the stock of portable generators at the store, helped me load the (very heavy) generator onto my cart, and helped verify the generator could power the portable a/c unit. At checkout, my card was declined because of the large amount of the purchase, and the staff were very, very patient in helping me try different point-of-sale machines to verify it was indeed a card issue. A call to my credit card company resolved that issue, and once I finally purchased everything, they helped me load the generator into my car. These folks are truly the unsung heroes of retail when a storm is on the way. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service and helpful attitude in answering my numerous questions. 10/10.

This is not your average HomeDepot it's very crowded and the aisles are very tight. We ordered some shelves online and Jazzmine was a great help!!! She walked us to the back to retrieve them and unfortunately one of the boxes were open. She was able to replace the box with a brand new one and did not give us a hard time at all. If you want good customer service I recommend asking for her when you arrive at the store. Hope this helped someone.

This was my first time ever on my own at Home Depot & I work remote so I'm remodeling my office. I'm a pretty young woman so I was naturally nervous to go in alone. However, I got the help in the paint department of a man named Ivan & truly he made me feel so comfortable & made my paint purchase process so easy! He gave me tips & answered all my questions! Thanks to him I feel ready to get this project done! Thanks Ivan!!

Today I went to hone depot to get a closet shelf, a lot of employees around but no one willing to help!! Specially an employee name Charles has a really bad attitude, the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 0 is because an employee name Tray was very helpful and polite he took the time to ask me what I need and also to help me cut the shelf as to choose the perfect one I really which that hone depot have more employees like him kudos to you Tray and thank you again for making my experience at Home Depot much better

The staff isn't wearing masks, aisles are temporarily shut down for employees to giggle on machinery. Cashiers are not providing service instead just hanging out socializing and rolling their eyes. What seems to be the manager is running around the store in the phone complaining about other store and her staff. Sickening that this is where I shop, corporate please pay this location a surprise visit. Many people without jobs, employees here don't deserve theirs. Sorry
