The store is great unless you actually need assistance with anything. Any part of the store that says “ask for assistance for item”, just walk away. Waited over 40 min and they called 3 times over the speaker for help in the electrical aisle. All for wire that can only be accessed by an employee. If you can’t get it yourself, go somewhere else.

Went to buy a generator during the no tax hurricane preparation season. The one I wanted was only available online so I asked to speak to a manager. A short heavy set Hispanic woman came and said that the one I wanted wasn't tax free. When I told her that the governor's tax free season didn't specify which type it had to be she said "well, why don't you call him and ask him to clarify it". Never going back.

We had a large pvc pipe and went to the far end to the store to pay. A guy named Eric was standing on the register, no welcoming or anything he grab a tool of the countertop and left. He didn’t explain he was not working as a cashier or even speak a word. He proceeded to to the wood department and started talking to another guy. So unprofessional.

In this store, it is easier to get help finding products, although generally in the Home Depot in South Florida you waste a lot of time finding help
