This Home Depot location never answer the phone.
I need to change a pick up of an appliance and I had to leave the city due to an emergency but they don’t answer the phone I have called 10x.
The worst one I have called cutler bay and pinecrest locations and they do answered the phone. My issue is I bought my appliance at this Deerwood location.
Hope this can be escalated.

I have to do this , sometimes people complain all the time when something bad happen to them at stores , and it is understandable, but also good experiences that people have should also be mentioned , I was just there exchanging something , got people working on my bathroom and we have been going there pretty often, well this lady Adriadne took care of me , have so many receipts and trying to find the right one , she went above and beyond and made it happen for me , so painless, she was outstanding when it comes to customer service and made sure that I left the store happy , I’m was great full finding her , employees like that are rare to find these days , please make sure she knows that customers appreciate that kindness of her , and to keep it up Thank you for your service Ariadne , Muchas Gracias Ariadne

The products they sell are good, BUT IT'S TIME TO STOP PAYING WITH SAMSUNG PAY BECAUSE IF SOMEONE LEAVES THEIR WALLET THEY HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO PAY WITH THE PHONE. THEY ARE VERY OBSOLETE IN THAT SENSE
