Went in to get a paint match in the afternoon, was waiting by the paint section for 15 minutes with workers just walking by me. After I go ask someone where are the paint workers they smile and laugh and say they don’t come in until 5:30PM. What a joke

I visited this location yesterday, I asked a worker there where I could find an item I was looking for.
And she was so rude and said “ don’t ask me just look around “ in a very rude manner
She was working yesterday 06/26/2024 at the lighting department around 8:00 pm.
For people like this I rather go to Lowe’s
People are more respectful and more customer oriented.

Placed on-line order to be delivered to store for pick up… wood laminate flooring…. DO NOT ever expect any wood products to arrive in good shape…. Home Depot’s online ordering shipping was handled by UPS…. Damaged product are what Home Depot sells. Forget buying expensive, good quality products from here as they will arrive damaged. Smaller dealers will treat your purchase with respect.
