I hate to be a Karen. I’m really disappointed with the service. They left my engine air filter loose, and when they replaced the cabin air filter, they didn’t put it back properly—leaves fell into the fan and now my car makes noise. I never asked for any filters to be changed, so they shouldn’t have pulled them out in the first place. If you’re going to touch something, at least return it exactly the way you found it. Very careless work.

Be cautious of misleading advertising! I was scammed on Groupon when I paid for a synthetic product but received a blend instead. If I had known about the importance of 'word play,' I would have gone somewhere else.

First of all, it is not a place where they allow you to see the oil change process like others, they make you quickly get out of the car and with a closed eye trust, that's what I did, when I get out of the vehicle I leave 20dll on the door trusting the honesty of the employees, because I was going to give them that same 20dll as a tip, when I received the car the money was not there!!! And another thing is that they offered me 15 dll for “internal washing” which I accepted was also lost money, because the panoramic window was left dirty, the cup holders and the chairs were not vacuumed, apparently they charge 15 dll for vacuuming the mats, which initially they didn't do either and I had to make the claim. But I have a big doubt and a lack of taste because the car passes through so many hands that it is not known who the thief is. The price of the oil change is good, it would be the only thing I would return for.
