Receptionist didn't even get any respect from her colleges ! Workers didnt even know what they were doing and from when i walked in i felt very uncomfortable and felt like nobody really wanted to help me , im never filing with H&R Block ever again.

I booked an appointment for 2:00 PM on Friday the 14th of March to prepare my corporate taxes which are due on the 17th. When I got to the location I was told that the person that was supposed to help me did not come in and that if I would wait 15 minutes there was someone else who could help me. That someone else turned out to be a woman who told me that since there was only three days to the deadline for filing the corporate taxes I would have to file an extension which she was happy to help me with for the low low price of $99. I have never used H&R Block before and will not give them another chance to earn my business. If you want less than even the minimum amount of care for your business, then you should absolutely go to this location. They will not get a second chance for my business.

H&R Block took my tax return and they will not give me an accounting of why. Asked the tax preparer and they said, I didn't prepare you taxes at this office last year ask someone else.
So I contact the manager, super professional, she did homework to find out that H&R Block did indeed make an error. I have this in writing.
Six weeks later, I have complaint numbers , four of them, and they keep telling me that are escalating. Escalating what?
Stay away and find a company that doesn't steel your money.
All of this is in writing.

Work costumer service ever . The receptionist is so Rude . I called for an appointment and the receptionist hung up the phone when I still had questions to ask her and left me with the words in my mouth. Never going there.
