Ask for Nivia, she is polite, professional, caring & diligent. We've been doing our taxes with her for well over 10 yrs and pleased with our results every year. I recommend H&R Block. Very satisfied with the tax preparer Nivia Garriga and Beatriz. Excellent workers and with extensive knowledge of the work they do. I really recommend preparing taxes with H&R BLOCK and especially at H&R BLOCK located at Kendall Park Plaza, 16223 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33196.

This HnR block is great the staff are amazing and extremely sweet Atria was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly they treat you like family I already recommended this HnR block to all of my family members and friends this is a must go to will most definitely be returning here to do my taxes next year !

I paid to file my 2020 taxes online using H&R Block and did not receive the service that I thought I paid for. I paid $59.98 for the full service, a bundled package, to file my 2021 taxes on April 15th, to include additional services, if needed. My taxes were filed and accepted. On April 18th, I received a call from an H&R Block rep that said my 1098-T was not uploaded and requested I send them directly to her, so I did even though I knew I had uploaded them. I received an email stating my taxes were ready to be filed with link to proceed only to discover they were held up and could not be filed until I paid an additional $140. All my calls to customer service went unanswered forcing me to pay to file. H&R Block scammed me for nearly $200, $59.98 + $140.00, to do my simple taxes that I had already done correctly, as my return proved.
