After MANY , MANY years of doing my taxes at H&R, at a very strong fee, this year, due to some technical difficulties in THEIR part, the papers to send payments to the IRS were not given to me and they promised to send it. I never received the paperwork and today, when I called asking to send it to me, they told me that I have to pay $25 dollars for a service that was supposed to be done when I did my taxes and they failed to do it. I don’t think that this treatment is right and that is the reason of my poor evaluation of this company and this office in particular. I know that they won’t miss me as a client but I don’t want to keep paying them for my taxes, I am very sure that are many alternatives the same or better, with an appropriate costumer service and cheaper.

Don’t come to this place. They tell you one thing and do a complete other. It is very unfortunate that I trusted in their work and word. And was ultimately robbed. They don’t listen to a word you say and then ignore you, cause they know it’s not right. DO NOT GO THERE. And trust that this mistreatment will be reported.
