Ernesto P is the main reason I do my taxes with H & R Block. He is amazing and is always looking out for your best interest. I use him every year during tax season. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Mr. Pombo's service is always excellent. He is attentive to our needs if we have to wait. He is always friendly and happy. He is the reason why we continue to go to this particular HR Block office. It is not the closest one to us but Mr. Pombo always makes the distance worth it with his work ethics and the friendly environment he is able to provide in this office.
