Terrible customer service. I clarify that I do not have accounts with them but my employer does, and one time I went to this bank to cash a check and they treated me very badly, then when they are cashing said check they tell me that if I open an account with them that it is better for me So they wouldn't charge me the $10 for the aforementioned change. Blablabla, how they pretend that with the terrible attention I received, I'm going to want to open an account with them. The person who helped me was an older man but very rude and the ladies, so to speak, who work there are just as rude witches. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Bale clarified that this was not the only time I cashed checks with them but it was the worst experience I had in said institution.
