They are very nice and their service is great. Having said that, the quality of the uniforms has declined. The fit is not good, especially for girls.

I purchased 2 jackets and paid for embroidery. They were mailed to me without the embroidery. I emailed them about the problem with no response back. I waited a month, emailed back again with no response. It's been another month now and I'm now not even going to bother. It's very frustrating to pay over $100 for something amd not get what was paid for. Ive put over $600 into uniforms this year and I wish I could have gone elsewhere. All I wanted was to be credited back for the service I paid for that was not done and to get what I actually paid for.
Also, I am hugely disappointed in being sold a girls white Oxford shirt shirt that I paid almost $30 for when I needed a boys or a unisex one. Had to re-order a boys Oxford shirt.
Third issue... QUALITY!!!! The oxford shirt was stitched so badly that theres extra fabric on tbe outside of the seam on the whole side of the shirt... im not buying another one. And The black shorts faded and shrunk so quickly. I washed them in cold water to preserve the color. Didn't help. These items we pay top dollar for, and the quality is just not there!
I'm so disappointed that my child's school chose to go with this company as a vendor. If I could get away with buying elsewhere, I would!!!!

How do you file a complaint against the company? They're refusing for a refund for me, they don't get back to you ever when they say they will, order has taken over a month, and they tried lying to me on the phone saying they were giving me to a supervisor when it was the exact same person I spoke to earlier. Someone Help

I went to Ibiley last week to buy my kids’ school patches, but they were out of stock and told me to come back this week. Today, I drove back 45 minutes to the store and they told tell me I can’t buy the patches by themselves. I have to buy their overpriced shirts to buy the patches. Mind you, the quality of the shirts are very poor. I bought 5 shirts for my child last year and they shrunk and stained easily. The dresses they have for girls aren’t even dresses. They are long shirts. It’s a waste of time and money if you buy their items. And their customer service is terrible. They don’t pick up their phone. They’re just trying to get your money however they can.

Terrible service. Last week I went in to buy the school logos and they told me they’re not in stock but would be the following week. Went in today and they tell me that they cant sell me the logo unless I buy their shirts. Wouldn’t have wasted my time if they told me that last week or at least picked up their phone which they don’t seem to do.

I wish I could give 0! This is completely unprofessional to have a sign making people think they are open on Saturday and not be open. I was not the only person waiting and I came from far to just get the uniforms because this is the ONLY store that has the logo for my daughters school!
Completely unacceptable and I now know why people rather other places than ibiley. Not to mention you’re already expensive on shirts and etc. but the fact that you’re not open to people who normally work through the week is unacceptable. The one in Hialeah is much much better and actually open on the weekend for people who work a normal work schedule.
The picture is of the door showing they are open Saturday yet they are closed.

I wish I can I can put 0 stars. I only shop here because is the only store authorized by school. The lack of education of the employees, the disorganized system to get the merchandise to try on, the uneven sizing in each uniform item, the waiting lines, the quality materials, it is the worst nightmare for every parent during summer. The customer service girl named Amanda had provided today the worst possible and disrespectful service I’ve ever encounter in all my experiences buying my kid’s uniforms, she was not only unhelpful but totally disrespectful, making the experience extremely unpleasant. Every year I wish they can upgrade their service and organization, every year is the worst experience of my summer.

I placed a back to school order with 5 polos, 1 zip hoody with embroidery, and a pullover hoodie with embroidery. One of the polos had a pull/hole in it already and both hoodies came with no embroidery. I reached out and was told I had to return it at my expense and reorder. I decided to take the loss on the polo but have been trying to get a refund on the embroidery for both shirts. I sent them pictures and since then I have been completely ignored. I wish there were other options on where we could purchase our uniforms because this business Does Not care. It’s unfortunate that us parents are forced to keep them in business.

Monopoly at it's best.
Yet another back to school season niggtmare. We're all obligated to use soley the services of Ibiley. Unjustified high prices, horrible service and incompetent staff. They literally had zero training with the cash out procedures.
Since they hold a monoply on the uniform market, every year it's the same subpar service and experience. So they have no worries as to losing customers to a competitor with better service and prices in the market.
On top of that, very unprofessional staff, and zero care towards the customers. Literally laughing amongst themselves carelessly as if a take it or leave it.
A lady in front of us dealt with the same headache, eventually got very upset and walked out. The ladies attending her could care less.
After being shifted to two different cashiers, which also had no clue, and after almost 45 minutes, they wanted to move us to the long line and wait over an additional hour plus, in order to finally pay, instead of using the express QR code system which we were registered for to avoid a long wait in the first place.
We stood firm as to using the registration process and were able to find a young man that closed out our transaction within five minutes. He did a great job.
Operationally it is pure incompetence due to the lack of training from the store management.
Eventually administrative improvements are a must. Especially when other choices aren't available to the public.

I was so happy the day they did the pop up store at my school. I purchased all the uniforms I needed for 3 of my children. The gentleman that helped me was so nice and pleasant, he was also a manager/supervisor . I left happy letting other parents know about the embroidery on the back of the jackets. I was told they are the cheapest embroidery and quickest. I was promised my shipment within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed: I waited 3 weeks and called every day. As I called I would be on hold for over an hour and the phone would hang up. I did this for 2 days and I finally reached someone, I was told I would receive an email from them regarding the order which I never received. I continued to call, be on hold, and hung up on; also cannot get into the site. I reset my password to be left with no email to reset. I was told I would get my uniforms in 2 days after I finally spoke with someone who helped me. I received my uniforms 5 weeks after I ordered at the pop up shop with jackets without the embroidery. I received them in just enough time for the 2nd pop up store when I met a nice young gentleman. I told him I am very upset, it’s not his fault, and I am sorry he has to deal with me and this situation but I was lied to. What did I want to correct this situation? I wanted them to take my jackets, embroidered them like promised, then 2 day or overnight it to me so I can have it in time for school so my children aren’t cold in their classrooms. See they didn’t care about that because the best they can give me is they would embroider for free and I’ll get in at least a month. Or I can get a refund and go somewhere else. I took the refund. See it’s all about customer service. The person who was a manager that I originally placed the order with me 1st won’t even call me as I requested him to. See the thing is no one receives their uniforms in 2 weeks from this place from what I heard from other parents at other schools. I would of been a happy parent if you told me when I ordered it that it takes a month but you didn’t, lied to my face, and didn’t correct your wrong doings. I am big on words and honesty. I hope this review makes you think the next time you try to make false promises without a reasonable explanation. I hope this post makes you do the right thing for the next parent that orders.

I hate this place. They don't have uniforms in the summer or the beginning of the school year. Have been going to the store since school ended, as well as mid summer because an employee told me it was faster to exchange than to purchase all close to school starting. School is about to start in 4 weeks. I am trying to avoid the madness they have every year. I call or go to the store weekly looking for a regular size pants and they still don't have them not even online. It's a monopoly with Ibiley otherwise I would buy uniforms somewhere else. Hire more employees please.
