My team booked the conference rooms at Iconic for 3 days of meetings. The booking process was smooth. Daniela was very responsive on the phone and promptly provided all required details on the space and catering options. The location was easy to find and central and we were quite impressed with the facilities -- it was a comfortable setting. Daniela and Amber were welcoming and very helpful to the team, making sure that we we connected to the TV and checking to make sure catering was fine. Excellent experience all around. Thank you Iconic!!

Luxury, private, executive office space with a great community and an even better staff. The team at Iconic Workspace is attentive and help with everyday tasks including mail, packages, phones, product testing and more. The office space is gorgeous, modern and centrally located in Downtown Miami with 24/7 access. I highly recommend Iconic Workspaces Downtown Miami.

I looked for several places in downtown and Brickel to have our office in Miami. And it definitely couldn't have chosen better than Iconic.The facilities are great and everything works daily very well.But I have to point out that the collaborators are what makes this place so special.From the rental process with Lidice, she has made the entire rental process quick and easy.Amber and Daniela exceed expectations regarding the services provided. They help us with absolutely everything we need or if we have questions regarding space.Always smiling and helpful.We've been here for two months and very pleased with the space.

Booked this space for a workshop with my sales team and it was PERFECT. Daniela, the office manager was extremely accommodating and catered to our every need. From setting up the display to making sure we had water and napkins, we were always given what we asked for. The location is also perfect, very close to some great food & coffee spots! Definitely will book again when doing business in Miami! Big shout to Daniela!!

Hello!Very nice place to work at!!Nice office and very cool common areas. Everything is always well kept and super clean.And most importantly; Paloma and Dani are just great.So kind, super communicative, and always ready to help us, and our clients. Also, during the pandemic, we have been doing home-office most of the time and they have been so supportive that wow... OMG. We have rented several offices for our team at Iconic Workspaces Downtown Miami for at least 5 years. This space is in a premium location in Downtown Miami. The offices, lounge area, and conference rooms are excellent. We appreciate that access is convenient, easy, and unrestricted. The entire team at Iconic is very attentive and accommodating with all their tenants. Service and Location here are exceptional.
