I gave this company a shot. At first, I thought the service was okay. However, they let me down. I paid for a two week transit from NOLA to Panama. They picked up the container on time. That was the only thing that stayed on schedule. When I checked with the company to make sure that the vessel will arrive on schedule, I found out that my container was rolled to another vessel. My two week transit became two months. All I received was excuses. This company took our money and they did not take responsibility for not honoring the delivery date. You can not count on this company. Nothing is their fault = they blame the carrier. I am very angry, disappointed and frustrated.

Horrible company, I'd put a negative star review if I could, I used them to transport a container from Philly to Mexico, I gave them a very specific import company that I've used before in Mexico that is located right near the dock, the BOL they gave me stated showed my chosen company, but the BOL they filled out for the actual Shipping Line they contracted out to was for their buddies import company that was 4 hours away from the dock, then their buddy tried to extort thousands of dollars more from me to release the cargo, when I finally agreed to pay their buddies down in Mexico then said they couldn't actually handle the import. When i finally got all the paperwork sorted out and changed to the company that i originally wanted to use the Shipping Line told me that iContainers hadn't paid them yet..... This place is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs

Fantastic experience with iContainers! Make sure to ask for Jose Antonio and Natalia!! Quick responses and clear communication, and any snags were fixed quickly! I was shipping an oversize package from USA to UK - these guys got me the best quote even compared to other discount services, via FedEx. Separately, the package reached fine and ahead of schedule but that is out of their control and should not factor into the review. The key point is they provided the best quote, were responsive and helped get my package booked at the best price. 10/10 will use again, thank you Jose Antonio and Natalia!

What a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong DID. We booked, paid and only hoped they kept their end of the deal to provide professional services. Not only did we get ripped off, but the level of communication is so so so poor. While we packed our home and 2 luxury cars with iContainers, arranged with staff to load up the container and so on... the day of the scheduled load_ we were sent an email 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time, we have been re-scheduled. 30 minutes before - via email ! Not even a phone call. So we pay staff, only for them to go home and not load up the container. The nightmare continues...All required documentation for our cars was requested last minute. Despite our efforts to give them car titles, we still received a call from US Customs telling us our freight company failed to upload the proper documentations on their portal. Our container got held up because iContainers failed to submit our car titles. Customs called us and we chased iContainer staff to upload our car titles. Oh... and they NEVER answer their phones. To make matters worst, out of nowhere, one of our container got selected for a random inspection. No explanation of this process. Only to be slapped with an email stating pay $1,400 NOW ( on a Friday ) or else you will incur additional fees and your container will not be shipped. Called for an explanation/understating, and of course NO ANSWER. Emailed and still waiting . . . ZERO Communication, you WILL get slapped with THOUSANDS of dollars of invoices, or else your containers will never sail or leave customs. A nightmare to deal with, from all aspects, a complete RIP OFF, with hidden fees that are associated with threats. If you do not pay NOW, you will get additional fees and who knows what happens to your belongings and cars. Complete FRAUD and Nightmare TO DEAL WITH. SHAME !
