Without a doubt the best serviced offices in Miami and I’ve shopped around! Christian and Ramses were extremely helpful towards me and got me situated immediately. Beautiful interior and very happy with our given office space, we’ll be here to stay long term!

Upon starting my new job, I became a member at Industrious. Between the coffee, breakfast, and friends I've made, it's hard to say what my favorite part of the community is (It's probably the happy hour haha). Thank you Ramses and CJ for allowing me to look forward to coming to work each morning :)

Perfect co-working space with friendly hosts, great amenities, and spacious offices! I stayed for a week while traveling in Miami. Ramses & CJ were incredibly helpful and made my week so productive and comfortable. It's on the 10th floor of the Sabadell financial center building.

Industrious has a great setup for productivity! The facilities are pristine and the COVID protocols in place make everyone feel like they are in a safe work environment. The staff is here on site the whole time for any questions or concerns that I may have had. The food, drinks and the views in some of the office are top notch as well. Overall has been a great experience!!

The time I've spent at Industrious has set the bar pretty high in terms expectations of a very spacious, luxurious and peaceful working environment. So grateful for the experience. The staff are super knowledgeable in business and have great customer service. It's really top tier. Highly recommended.

Great place to work! I signed a 6 month lease and planned to leave, but now I am locked in for another year. All because of Ramses, CJ and Frida. Nice people, great food provided by the staff and they even do happy hour on Thursdays! I highly recommend Industrious if you are a small business.

I love working at Industrious, it gives me a change of scenery from working from home, the COVID protocols in place follow ALL CDC guidelines, and the vibe is just wonderful. The team there, Christian and Ramses, are the absolute best. They make sure you're set up with everything you need, whether that's helping you choose an ideal individualized office space or hosting SAFE community events for members. This is hands down the premier co-working space in the Brickell/Downtown Miami area.

Phenomenal place! The people/staff, commodities, service, location, energy is amazing. I come every day to work from 7am till 10pm and is always open . It has security protocols with COVID and is very clean.Best place to work and network!

Christian and Ramses are the dreamtime on the community front. It helps that this Industrious is in a great building and in a great part of town. The whole place and experience in working there is just flawless.

As a grad student studying for exams, Industrious is the best place for me to get out of the house and focus. Ramses and CJ provide a really elevated (and Covid safe!) experience, and I appreciate their hospitality! :))
