This is such an amazing company and care so much for people! If you are traveling, I highly encourage you to visit a location. The product line is extensive with extremely knowledgable personnel.

Their stores are lovely. The people are excellent. I shop them frequently. Until my expensive bag fell apart and their HQ steadfastly refused to help me find the receipt so I could get it repaired under warranty. The guys in my local airport store KNOW me and remember selling me the bag. But I am out of luck because of their 19th century mindset. I guess I will shop online where I have a better paper trail. I tried to shop at my local airport. Phew. Never again!

Just bought earbuds @DEN with extra warranty that wouldn't show as activated. Then found one is defective and went to return- told I couldn't bc of ‘computer glitch ‘ and that I would have to drive around and find another store (since i am flying thru DEN) and spend my time chading up the extra warranty to get my money back. Employee was rude and clearly dismissed the cost of time/fuel/taking my time away from work. Receipt says returns for 30 days but I guess that contractual promise only applies when InMotion has their stuff together and the imposition on customers doesn't matter. Would never buy again!
