This IRS Office in downtown Miami has some of the most terrible people as employees. They are a bunch of racist people who denied me the rights to get copies of my own tax transcripts.These IRS employees turned me away for the 4th time to get basic service as copy of tax transcripts. Meanwhile, everyone else who came there for the same purpose got the copies of their tax transcripts without any problems. This got to be very personal. I am filling a formal complaint with the IRS civil rights division in Washington, DC while my attorney is working on drafting a civil right lawsuit against these racist agency and Its employees.It is completely unacceptable to deny service to tax payers while proving the same service to everyone else! Discrimination is still illegal in United States.A copy of the formal complaint will be sent to Senator Marco Rubio and Senator Rick Scott.

The most un-proffessional group of people and system ever created. If you call the 800 number, its a 4 hour wait followed up by a hang up. If you try to get any assistance, good luck. They deducted money from me and they were wrong to do it. I am currently still battling to get money back and not a sole calls back. Its been a year an a half. The most disgusting display of not loving your job I have ever seen. Frustrated as hell.

They tell them to call any problem and make an appointment if the machine, after driving you crazy, hangs up on you and you go to the place and they tell you and without an appointment or answer, the game never ends, make an appointment to solve a problem but no place, no phone , no person who makes the appointment and it is one of the most important offices in the US, with this service they should be ashamed and ashamed ?

Useless to call, they don't answer. Useless to go without appointment. Best case of a catch 22. Government office, what else to expect

The wait to be attended wasn't really that long and the person who attended me was very knowledgeable about everything and went above and beyond everything I had needed.

Today I had a great experience with IRS. I came as walk-in at 10:30 am and at 10:45 I was done.I brought my tax return papers, there was a live line of like 7 people. Everything was quick. U just give your papers to a sweet lady in the window, she makes a copy, put a stamp and you all set! ? no appointment needed, no long waiting

Going through check point very nasty. Talking to people like the are nothing. Look at you with discuss. Do not help you. Miami federal credit union in the building all Hispanic no one speaks English no African American workers. Even supervisor is Hispanic. Clerk at desk help me don't speak English she had ask for help. Whole office needs a diverse of different race not all Spanish. This is America not cuba. Gove other races a chance. This is discrimination in this credit union.

Today Sept. 28, I had an appointment in Downtown Miami, because the Storm in Fort Myers I call to confirm that the office will be open and the person that answer says "no alert or changes" ....The webpage that is open till 4:30 pm. but the when I came the building is closed without any Notice.... incredible...

They say you need an appointment. Yet, there is no way to make an appointment. You try online, they say call this number. You call the number, on hold for over an hour, then disconnect. Again, and again, and again. You have to turn up, stand in a queue. Whatever you do, don't come at lunch. They don't tell you that they all leave for an hour. So poor, I wish I could give them a zero.

Worst place ever , they make you wait in line for more than 3 hours if you don’t have an appointment, appointment that you can’t make because no one answers the phone . This is the worst service in the United States , but if you have a debt with them they are really fast to charge the money . Incredible .
