I bought a Rolex and a Longines from Interwatches last year - perfect. I bought another stunning vintage Rolex again a couple of months ago, which, unfortunately, had a few issues. Freddie has been absolutely wonderful. Immediate communication, a great problem solver, and a complete professional. I purchased my first high end watch from this dealer through the Chrono24 app and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The communication between Freddie and I was amazing yet so professional and he answered all of my questions! On top of that he shipped the watch the next day and I received it within 2 days! Following that I took the watch to a watch shop local to me just to verify everything and he said it was perfect! I couldn’t be happier and if you’re considering doing business here or with Freddie I definitely recommend it!!!

So let me start of by saying that I bought a vintage Rolex off eBay from Interwatches. The watch I received was beautiful and they were fast to ship to the Authenticator and they were fair with accepting offers.I received the watch and I noticed the second hand occasionally stopped. I reached out to Interwatches and Freddie took care of everything. He sent me a shipping label to send it back to them, kept me informed, and overnighted it back to me when it was fixed. They definitely stand behind their warranty. Will be buying from them again when I want to add to my collection!

I rarely leave online reviews, but I wanted join the chorus of 5-star reviews for Interwatches. If you're a novice or a veteran watch collector, you know it's a jungle out there. The 1-star reviews here are a testament to the high anxiety that shelling out thousands for a fine Swiss watch can provoke. So when I saw one of my grail timepieces at Interwatches, I was cautious. Freddie answered my dozens of emails in a prompt, professional and patient manner. They provide a good warranty, a great price and super-fast shipping. My "new" 1967 Rolex has just the right amount of scratchy, stretchy vibe that you only get from a 70 year old watch. If you want a perfect watch, go stand in line at the Authorized Dealer. As another reviewer said, Interwatches is the REAL DEAL!

bad faith customer service. sold me rolex watch with the bracelet in a deplorable condition, one link could break and it is not fixable i have searched all over the globe trying to find someone to fix it. no one will do it. nterwatches refusing to take back $3800 watch with a bracelet that can not be worn or fixed. freddie wrote to me that he will have the watch polished but it came with a million scratches. links are loose and worn out. i am surprised to see good review here. my experience was horrid. see the pictures below, and read where in the listing it states "very good condition"

I purchased a 100% guaranteed genuine Rolex 3 months ago. While wearing the watch the Crystal just fell off somewhere. So, ok I took it to an authorized Rolex repair shop to have it sent to Rolex for cleaning, servicing and new crystal. After examining the watch that I brought in the shop called and said they didn’t recommend I send it back to Rolex because the jubilee bracelet on it was “aftermarket” and Rolex won’t fix the crystal without replacing the stainless steel 18k gold bracket too. How 100% guaranteed genuine can a watch be if it can’t even be sent back to the maker for repair or service? I called the shop and they said to just send back my new 100% guaranteed genuine Rolex and they’d put in a new (aftermarket?) crystal. They did admit it wasn’t the original bracelet and that it had been modified. This was never mentioned in their ad. I purchased through Chrono24 and their response was that my issue was beyond the 14 time frame from purchase. Now my question is… How “100% guaranteed genuine” can a Rolex be if it can’t be sent in for servicing without having to replace expensive parts you assumed were genuine? None of my other Rolex watches ever had this problem being sent in for servicing and maintenance. Is it just me who finds this deceptive????

Thank goodness for ebay's authenticity check. After ordering a $5,000 watch from Interwatches listed on ebay as, "brand new with all tags and paperwork" the watch was sent to ebay's authenticity center to confirm the seller's claim. After reviewing the watch, ebay sent an email stating the following: Watch arrived safely at our authenticators. They have let us know the watch is authentic. However, though the watch is listed as new, the watch has a warranty dated 04/03/2017. Also our authenticator said the watch failed the pressure test making it no longer water resistant. Despite the listing saying the watch is new, we can tell it is not. Apparently all buyers should beware when purchasing watches from Interwatches. Thank you ebay!!!!!
