I very much appreciated the work and professionalism of my tax preparer. However, the full fee for the service was cost prohibitive, especially for someone with only one W2 for only 2 months of work . I appreciate the (1st time) discount I was extended, but the fees, in general, are too expensive.

MS.MICHELL is an angel she is so patient. She takes her time to explain all the forms she has the best attitude about life and life situations all while being the most highly recommended tax preparer she's always accessible usually when someone helps you fill out tax forms you're never able to get in contact but not with Miss Michelle she answers the phone with the happiest laugh asking how can she help I would recommend her to anyone and everyone

My tax specialist was Michelle and i must say that she is by far the best, since my first experience with her she's now the only one i want preparing my taxes. Finding a new tax service place can be hard. My boyfriend referred me to Jackson Hewitt. So I went. Mrs. Michelle was polite, nice and answered any questions I had. Also gave me advice. She made sure I got back a great amount. Thanks again Mrs. Michelle.
