i just paid $35 for a lip, chin, and nose wax.. had to correct the woman twice, yet i still left with hair in my nose. Cindy is a terrible waxer and i would NEVER recommend this place, should’ve made the drive to lee nails where they get things done!

My experience here was horrible, I had an appointment they didn’t have no one to do my nails so there was a girl that finished with someone she needed to go home and she was forced to do my nails through that time she said no someone else can do them. She kept saying no and no that the other lady will come. I think it was rude and unprofessional, she was doing my feet and as soon as the other lady came in she got up and told the lady to do my nails when she was already doing mine…I still had to pay full price for this inconvenience and on top of that the quality of how my nail came out was horrible was not what I wanted she rushed into doing my hands and feet she only did 1 layer on nail polish on my hands and Cindy had to fix them…these people just wanna take your money and not care about how the workers treat you…I payed 40 hands and 40 feet not even a discount for the inconvenience….not coming back again.

I went yesterday with my sister to get a manicure, she was attended to by who we think is the owner. That was yesterday around 1pm and today my sister dropped the dip that that lady put on her. She doesn't know how to work from the beginning. convince my sister to use acrylic and she refused she doesn't know how to work first she did her nails and then she cut cuticles and today we called her and she answered upset the worst place we have ever been

Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be. Came in and the woman said someone will be here in a second. 40 minutes later still waiting and apparently she was at a doctors appointment. I would’ve left but I ubered and already waited. When she got here she put her phone and a paper in front of me and told me to look up the number for this and she was on the phone the whole time. And she forgot to polish a finger i just realized eek. Stay away probably. Her name was jenny i think.

The individual who did my pedicure was rough and rushed. She dabbed and on the polish instead of swiping it on, and relied on the nail polish remover at the end to try to clean up the work. My feet are in pain. Cindy (not my pedicurist) did try to help fix it and was very nice. Sadly the worst pedicure I've ever had.

Wonderful service and nail techs, treated me with kindness and did my nails absolutely phenomenally! A nice latin environment with a clean place.

I came with my friend and one lady took her in and began to do her nails while I had to wait about an hour to get started on mine because there weren’t enough staff, and when she finally took me in, she was rushing my nails the whole time and even messed up the design. I felt very rushed when picking the color so I did not get the color I wished for. These were supposed to be a really cute set for Christmas but it was ruined.

I requested a manicure and a pedicure.Terrible job.Terrible quality of nail polish. Terrible attitude of the manicurist.The nail person was a young lady that was very rude.I explained her i was diabetic and she keeps on pooking me hard like a joke. Then when she address me, she spoke like in a burlesque manner.Place is not clean.Not spa ambiance.Employees are extremely loud.Overall no satisfactionServices: Pedicure
