I bought a jacket yesterday for my nephew and he didn't like it and I gave his mother the receipt and you guys wouldn't take it back because I took a tag off of it and had it at the house I bought it at the Cutler Ridge store and she tried to get a gift certificate or something of equal value at your store and Dadeland and you guys didn't even acknowledge that. Just because it didn't have a tag and it was something from the clearance section anyways it had the actual receipt it wasn't even 24 hours later and you guys definitely lost a loyal client. She had to travel 7 miles to get the tag it's a good thing that I put it away here at the house. Even Walmart has better customer service.

Great deals going on but could not find cashier near towels…unmanned. I went to find luggage but over priced. But found good deal on Liz C towels so had got down to first floor and closest cashier was jewelry. I asked and she pointed me to next closest cashier so gave up and left items.

I happen to really like this JCPenney's. As one of their largest stores and has better selection than most other stars. However, it's kind of hard to find an employee, at least in the men's department. They've also made one horrible change they've gotten rid of all the cash registers and have one bank of cash registers like many of the cut-rate stores, and I don't think it fits their image. It's certainly cheaper for them but a lot less convenient for the customer.

I walked in and asked where I could do an online exchange and was told the second floor. Waited 10 minutes in line to be redirected back to the first floor but was promised that JCPenney price matched items on THEIR OWN website. Waited another 10 minutes downstairs to be told that the only way to get the item I wanted at the online price was to buy it online. Complete waste of time.

The sales associate in the perfume section hovered over me the entire time I shopped and every time I smelled a perfume the buzzer started to beep and she swooped in and took the perfume. All of the perfumes alarms beep whether you touch or not. I know she knows this… I didn’t purchase anything because I didn’t feel comfortable while testing the perfumes. I suggest you you look elsewhere if you want to test perfumes before purchasing don’t go to the JCPenney Sephora counter.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would . Came in to pick up some shoes I bought online . I saw there were more pairs of the same shoe . They were a higher price . Asked the general manager Laura to price match she didn’t feel like it as if she owned the store . Terribly rude . Online in there policy it says they are supposed to price match online prices .

2nd floor womens restroom is unbelievable. The large room for wheelchair or handicapped has NO disposable toilet seat covers, NO hand paper towels. Take a look at the rest of the stalls .... NO disposable seat covers either.! Amazing.

I am disappointed in this place, I opened my account since 2017 I have liked all their products, but today I went to look for a shirt and an employee approaches me and asks me English or Spanish to which I answer why, and she tells me there is more shirts elsewhere. I felt racism on the part of the Lady since she stared at me before.
