While inline supervisor Carrie came in and called for help at cashier area. After us waiting longer Supervisor Carrie was rude and ignored me while waiting in line to pick up an order. She walked over a customer she was working with and bypassed entire line. Tried telling associate we were in line and supervisor directed her to still take care of her customer first. Went back later to cancel order. We will not shop her again.

I have never had a bad experience with JC Penny curbside until today. I checked in and the message said be with you shortly, then I get another message a few minutes later saying sorry you have to come inside due to high volume of customers. I called a few times and was told someone would be out, no one still didn’t show up until after making another call. Someone pulled up after me and parked right in front of me, and the curbside employee came right out and served them, but I’m told I have to come inside. Y’all need to do better concerning your customers!!!

I go to the salon at this JCPenney location to get my eyebrows shaped and facials. I highly recommend booking DeeDee for these services. Not only is she super professional, but she is also excellent at her craft and has a great personality.
My brows are shaped to perfection, and her facials are through and excellent. I’ve had many facials over the years at various spas, and hers is one of the best.
I highly recommend her services and will continue to use her and recommend her to all of my friends in the area.

This review is for the specifically for the salon. Everyone there is wonderful and so accommodating! I have to give a special shoutout to Deedee who does eyebrows and facials. She is amazinggg! So much so I followed her to JCPenny from her previous location. She is so detail oriented and takes her time. I swear every time she does my brows they’re better than the last!
