I do NOT recommend JD Restorations at all. They came to my house, spoke to us in Spanish, and convinced my husband and me that our roof was in terrible condition, when it actually wasn’t. We felt a lot of pressure to agree to the work. They handled everything for the insurance, but in the end, the insurance denied the claim. They also recommended a lawyer who admitted that the case had no merit, so it was a complete waste of time and money. The worst part is that they have their own lawyers, and everything seems rigged for them to benefit while the client loses. In the end, we got nothing, and they even left their equipment in our house. A very negative experience!

This company has headquarters in Kissimmee. Once they got paid from the insurance they didn't want to help us any longer. Their tarps didn't last more than 3 months, ripped and sand bags came open. I think it is strange that they don't speak ANY English when you call. I speak a little Spanish, but trying to get them to respond is hard. I don't suggest using this company.
BTW they just responded to this review 6 (SIX) YEARS later!!! Give me a break!

This is the worst company to work with. They initiated the process and they start the claim and leave you. They don’t answer the call or clean up the mess they make. You will have a bad history in the insurance.NEVER WORK WITH THEM.

My Sister recommended that I change my kitchen through JD restorations and the truth is that since I started the Claims with them they were very responsible and attentive at all times until the insurance paid me, I was delighted with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
