Read til the endIs it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.

Those people are AMAZING!!! very professional and very quick response. I placed my 2 JetSurf with different issues and they repaired them within 48 hours, I can’t think about a better service than that.Or is the MAN, reply within minutes and doing the best for everyone!!!Thank you JetSurf team

These JetSurfs are so much fun, but what makes this company amazing is the customer service, they will walk you through anything over the phone and bend over backwards to make sure your board is running the way you want!

I had some issues with my board which I had purchased elsewhere and found jetsurf usa on the interenet. I contacted them and was surprised and impressed by the level of service I received from them even though I did not purchase the board from them.The service manager Or was amazing and very patiently and promptly helped my solve my problems. I strongly recommend this business.

- Tentatively changing the rate to 3-stars as they said they are going to discuss this matter next week -Here are the issues I am having with JetSurf. I would like to emphasize that those issues are about a new board which I have Never used / taken to water.1. My board came with a wrong set of side-fins (= JetSurf gave me wrong side fins).2. Per JetSurf's technicians' comment, the handle of the board is defective - It sends wrong information to the board, resulting that the engine does not start, or stop while operating the board.3. JetSurf shipped my board several months after the promised date. As a result, I received the board in winter, so I could not test the board to find the above issue 1 and 2 right away.So, with 1. and 2. above, it is safe to say that JetSurf is not doing proper shipping/factory inspection.Now I found the issue 1. and 2, so I had to ship the board back to JetSurf. Before shipping the board, I inspected the board and took the video of the board to prove that the board had no scratch, cracks or any damages. Then, I shipped the board to JetSurf. Unfortunately, the board arrived to JetSurf with scratches and cracks, and JetSurf says below:- I am responsible for the damaged during the shipping.- I am responsible for the cost to fix the damages + the shipping cost.What do you think?I have all the emails, videos, and the call recorded for above. With those, I am still trying to get those issues resolved.

I have 2 Jetsurf boards and each spring it never fails that I need to make some type of adjustments and tuning. The support team at Jetsurf USA is always available to schedule a call and help me identify if I need any parts to get my boards running at their optimum performance.

The Jetsurf team was top notch. Our demo instructor Garrett was the best! He made our Jetsurf experience a day to remember. I'll definitely be looking into purchasing the Adventurer DFI Plus. Such an incredible machine. ? All in all, I give the Jetsurf staff, equipment and experience a hard 5 start review. Loved every minute of it ❤️ ??

I called them 8 times and did not get an answer. Always getting- we will figure it out and call you back. Never called.Jetboard is good but the service isn't.The manager name is Jeniffer.

I live in Sioux Falls South Dakota and recently worked with Gus and Or in purchasing my first Jetsurf. At first I had a few concerns because I live so far away from Miami and did not have any hands on experience during this process. Gus spent almost two months learning about my lifestyle, asking and answering questions to help me find the right board. Since purchasing my Jetsurf, I have worked with Or in technical support. He returned my every call the same day, and spent unrushed time helping me thoroughly understand each system and how they function. I soon found out that I could trust what they said. My experience with Gus and Or has been both personal and professional! I am extremely happy with the board and the customer service they have provided!Jim H.

Customer service after all was goodThey really took care of meThey resolved the problem with my board and they also agreed to reimburse my money back it took a little time but they really put an end of the problem.Thanks jetsurf for everythingAnd maybe next year I’ll get a board but definitely a newer one!!!!

These guys are awesome… Communication with them has been excellent. I had a couple questions on my new to me GP 100. Not only did they answer all my questions but they called me and followed up to make sure to see how my board was running. Additionally Or gave me maintenance tips and general guidelines on keeping my board in tiptop riding shape. Highly recommend these guys… A++++
