There is just nothing to complain about, the service lasted all of 15 minutes, efficient, just what the car needed, the price was more than reasonable, no hassle, friendly, warm, and caring is how I would describe Jiffy Lube.

They installed a bad oil filter on my Toyota 4Runner and 2 weeks later my motor was completely dry. I only noticed because of a huge puddle of oil from my parking spot. If I didn’t catch it when I did, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have lasted more than another day or two before my motor completely blew from oil starvation. They charged $135 for fully synthetic but use the cheapest filters possible. Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt and say this was a faulty filter. Thankfully I’m somewhat knowledgeable about cars and knew seeing the puddle of oil was an urgent problem. What about for the innocent people who don’t have a clue and break their car because of the low quality products they use.
But on top of that, the Latin lady who works here whom I believe is the manager is rude and has an absolutely careless vibe. She’s wasn’t helpful in the slightest. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because of the helpful gentleman who inspected the source of the leak and was happy to repair it. Once the fix was done, this manager lady handed me a receipt that said $410. Another employee looked and it and told me It wasn’t my receipt. I think she was trying to get under my skin. I was ready to make a scene. I will never return.
Luckily I saved my initial receipt, and upon looking at it.. she actually put false information on it for the initial oil change saying my check engine light was on etc. unprofessional and incompetent .

Thanks, they damaged my car, they didn't adjust the screw where the oil cap is and they dumped all the oil and I was driving like this for more than a month, a rubbish place, and another person told me that they did the same thing with their car, mediocre place, do not take your car to this place.
