I recently visited the Jeffrey Lube store managed by Rollie and Pauly, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to customer safety. Despite the chaos of Spring Break, they remained diligent and attentive, taking the time to highlight upcoming maintenance needs to ensure my family's safety.
As the CEO of Merrill Lynch Property Holdings, a global company, I recognize outstanding leadership when I see it. Rollie and Pauly set a high standard, and I strongly believe that their expertise should be leveraged to establish a nationwide benchmark for excellence.

The "15minute oil change" today turned out to be 45 minutes. One technician came and asked what type of oil. My vehicle uses only synthetic oil (it should be in their records). The he walked away too continue servicing another vehicle. One person in uniform was walking around looking at what was being done. I presume was the manager...uniform was clean. Called and asked what was the problem. His answer: "we are short of personnel". If you ae re the manager, you should be helping.

I brought my car in here a couple of years ago to get a battery replaced; long story short, as they were replaced, the battery broke a hose that caused my AC to not work. After three different visits back, they finally got it fixed (They had to order the parts, which took a couple days and then realize when they were fixing it the second day that they were in need of another part). I decided to give them another opportunity because their manager did a great job and trying to rectify the situation. Today I came in for an oil change where they told me my brake pads need a replacement. Something they told me would take less than an hour took well over three hours. The guys that work here are extremely nice as some of the other reviews mentioned, but I would not do anything here except an oil change, lesson learned
