Terrible service today I took my car to have my tires checked because they were very low on air and they just put air on them and that's it; It turns out that it had a flat tire with a giant nail inside and they didn't even look at anything, I also asked them to change the left brake light that doesn't work and they only changed the one that was good. Horrible, I will never return to this place again, terrible work, zero attention to detail.

Had to stop here on a trip because my oil was leaking and didn’t have the means to fix it myself. Came here and they tried to charge me $110 for an oil change when the oil was just changed a few thousand miles ago. I told them that’s not what I need and the sales receptionist tried to say they already drained the oil (this obviously wasn’t possible because my car has a huge plate on the bottom that needs to be removed before you can do that and we were only here for a few minutes before I was told this). They check it and say the gasket plug needs to be replaced and they need to change the oil to do that, but now it’s $124 not $110. Problem is they just poured my entire bottle of oil I brought on my own before checking the plug so that’s all wasted. Is it their first day even seeing a car? Don’t come here unless you’re dying to just throw your money away. Textbook weaponized incompetence.

So, I had this crazy experience with Jiffy Lube recently, and you won't believe what happened. I decided to do the responsible thing – get my car's oil changed, right? I took it to the Jiffy LubeEverything seemed fine when they finished up. I paid, got into my car, and that's when things started to go south. The dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree, telling me to 'reduce oil level.' Weird, I thought. The techs said they'd handle it and took my car back into the shop.An hour passes, and they return my car smelling like an oil refinery, but that wasn't the worst part. I start the engine, and bam, a new message flashes: 'Transmission malfunction! No reverse gear.' I mean, come on! I tell the guy, Andy, what's going on, and he's spouting off all these possibilities like he's guessing the lottery numbers.I managed to get home, but then smoke starts billowing from the muffler. I'm on the phone with Andy again, and he's still giving me the runaround with guesses. At this point, I'm thinking a professional needs to look at this mess, so I get a mechanic's opinion, which pretty much echoes Andy's theories but included that they probably drained my Transmission oil instead of the engine oil. I did a quick check under the car, no leaks, nothing. So, I set up an appointment with the Audi dealer, thinking they'll sort it out.But the car's not done yet. It throws another tantrum, demanding I stop and park it. I call up Audi's roadside assistance, and they tow it straight to the dealership. Now, get this, the Audi techs open her up and guess what they find? The transmission fluid is gone. All 8.5 quarts of it. Vanished!Turns out, the geniuses at Jiffy Lube drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. Then, thinking they're topping off the oil, they overfill it because they actually hadn't drained a thing. No wonder it took them over two hours for an oil change! And the cherry on top? Jiffy Lube management is MIA. No calls, no apologies, nothing. I'm out here racking up Uber fares, towing bills, and service charges, all while playing detective on what's wrong with my car. I've got all the paperwork to prove it, which is good because it looks like I might need it.So yeah, that's my Jiffy Lube saga. Can you believe it?
