Went to get my brakes looked at and to make sure my tires were on tight, the guy told me he had to ask his boss if he can tighten our wheels. We sat there waiting for 15 min while the girl there just kept telling the guy he couldn’t do it. There was no one else there, no one was working on anything and we weren’t even getting directed to pull in. After waiting for so long we just left. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything, they don’t seem to know what there doing and it looked like the guys can’t do anything without her approval so I would go the extra distance to any other one.

There was a super rude client and the manager Karina, was super professional even when a gentleman was yelling and telling her that she was a woman and she didn’t understand the man even made the mechanic charge him on the POS system and not her, honestly I felt bad and stepped in and told her that if he wrote a bad reviews I was going to write a good one because they treated me super well even doing the extra mile to educate me on some thing with the car that I didn’t even know! I would highly recommend!

Got my oil change and cabin filters done at this location and the Service Mechanic( D) was awesome and very helpful, job was done in under an hour , really appreciate the time it took , great service! See you guys next time

I went to this place for an oil change with a coupon for 50% off found online.
I ended paying more than any other Mechanics in Miami!!!
Other places has changed the oil, filling up all the fluids and filter for $49 Giving a Vacuum and fast car wash as cortesy!
They don't even put the sticker reminder for the next service!
(I have to put it by my self)
The attendant was insisting me to buy a new Battery for $250 and that my car supposedly needs New brakes* $890. Wich I believe it is so exaggerated for a 2012 car!
When I got home I realize the receipt didn't was attached to the statement and the plates information was wrong!
Don't let they Scam!

Been here many times but was disappointed on my most recent trip. I went in with a tire showing below-normal pressure. I knew it would be checked during the service, so I didn't worry about it. Upon leaving I checked the bill, and it's marked there that tire pressure was good, when in fact as I drove away, I noticed it had not changed at all. If they are willing to lie about this, it makes me question the entire service. What else was skipped to save time or money? It's not a cheap service anymore either.

I needed a brake repair in bad weather and came at 6 pm to Sergio and his crew. They went out of their way to take care of all my problems and even fixed a couple that I didn’t know about. Hard to find good trust worthy mechanics. Thanks Sergio. Good man.
